Today we learned about how the brain works here are some tips.
1. Drink lots of water because otherwise you will dehydrate and that will stop you from learning
2. Eat brain food because otherwise you will be hungry and that will make you stop learning
3. Get enough sleep otherwise you will be tired and that will stop you from learning
4. Take a brain break because you need a break from what you are learning.
