Week reflection

I started learning French on Duolingo for one of my milestones (Langue).	I have to do a gloss test and I don't really like testing because I seem to stuff up but I actually now them.	This week chapter In Darius bell and the glitter pool the bell went and it hadn't gone in 42 years and there was a random earthquake.

Winter recipe

First throw in your jumper and slowly add 2 cups of hail wait for the hail to melt then place the broken umbrella into the mix, add as much firewood as you could find then light it wait for the cracking sound then counties by adding one big bowl of last night's soup.  Quickly pour 2 cups of hot chocolate in gently place three blankets along with one pair of the fluffy socks that you put on when the frost would nibble at your toes in the early morning.  1 pair of your early morning Saturday sport shoes throw in the scrafs and the gloves that got you to school in the morning. Scraped of all the ice of the car window and through it and finally place one pair of the muddy gumboot’s . Wait for the smell of winter and you know you've done it right wait till next winter to serve.

World's oldest family

The Donnelly family in Ireland have been award the Title in the Guinness world records for the oldest family ages combined. At the childhood home The thirteen brothers and sisters Sean 93, Maureen 92, Eileen 90,Peter, 87, Mairead 86, Rose 85, Tony 83, Terry 81, Seamus 80, Brain 76, Kathleen 75, Colm 73, and Leo 72. The Donnelly family where award the there award in March but celebrated this week. Although a day of celebration the gather was also emotional occasion at the idea of register the siblings for the record was that one of the family youngest in the family  Austin Donnelly had sadly passed away in 2015. The siblings are the children of Peter and Ellen Donnelly. There dad was an only child but there mum was the youngest out of fourteen there dad died at the age of 79 while there  mum lived till her 90s. Petter was a really successful farmer and entrepreneur with a successful farmer and was one of the first people to own a tractor.

My IE reflection

This is my IE reflection its on how I thought my sharing went.

My IE

For my IE I have done upcycling, I have done everything for my IE. For my creation I did up some old draws but I didn't just do up so draws I compared the prices form new to upcycled turns out that it actually depends on what condition it is in what you want to do and how you do it but for me it was a lot cheaper because we had sand paper but it still does cost a little bit of money. For my presentation I have made a canvas  but I also made a cardboard box that looks like my draws  with information in side but I don't think I am going to use it.  

Play

Last week we started something really cool, what we did was we would be allowed to draw ,play with play dough our play a board in the morning.  Me Sophie and Olivia did play dough we decided that we would have a play dough competition for example Sophie picked a pancake and we all would have do a pancake then we would get paper and right our scores down we only had time to do three because it took a while to think of something to do. I really love this idea to do something creative in the morning.

Shoe-shi sushi

A chef in Italy has combined his two favourite things by making sushi in to the world's most popular shoes. Yujia Hu a Chinese artist working in a Japanese restaurant in Milan began practice of shaping a mixture rice and vinegar into shoes, before detailing the with sashimi and seaweed . His shoeshi range includes classics from Nike, Adidas and supreme it brings a whole new meaning to playing with your food. My source Kiwi kids news. My opinion I think this is such a cool idea and really smart I think it would be hard to shape and add all the details. words combined mixing two or more different things to make one. Netball

This year for netball was a lot different because we are playing on Wednesday nights instead of Saturday morning and I am not playing netball with the same people as I always have. A couple of days ago we had our first games of netball. We had two games but they were only half an hour because it was just grading. The first game we played we played combined 2 and we won 23/ 0 to us the the second game we played  Kerri 1 and we won 19/ 0 to us. I think that we have a pretty good team for this netball year and I think we support each really well and are really good playing together we also got new jumpers and are getting new uniforms soon. I am really excited for this netball year. And I think we have a pretty good chances of winning a lot of games.

My holiday recount

I was laying in bed listening to everybody's conversation then I heard my dad say should we go to wellington. I jump out of bed through my blankets of me and run out to the lounge. I ask what are we doing to day acting as if I didn't know what was happening. We might go to wellington. I go pack my bag, and in a couple of hours we are off. It was about a 6 and half hour drive to Palmerston north we stay the night at my aunty house but there weren't home.

The next morning at about nine o'clock we started driving it only took about an hour and a half to get to wellington. Once we had arrived we had to go to our hotel but we weren't allowed in for a while so we went for a walk there were a lot of shops so we also did some shopping I bought a t-shirt. That night we went out for dinner at a place called burger liquor. After dinner we walked down the road to get some ice cream on the way there we stopped in cotton and I got a new beanie.     

The next morning we went to tepapa we didn't see much because we went at 11 o'clock at we had to wait in line to see the war story and mum and took 2 and a half hours so once me Aimee and Jake were done we went into the earth quake house by the time they were out it was about 1 o'clock so we were hungry so went looking for a sushi shop when we were looking for a sushi shop we found a Mexican place so we decided we would go there for dinner.  Once we had found the sushi shop we did a little bit more shopping we went in to back door and I bought some new shoes. We were really tired and didn't really want to walk any more. So we just went back to our hotel watched a movie and got ready for dinner.

Latter on that night we walked to the Mexican place I had the nicest drink it was Cherry and Watermelon for dinner I had chicken rap and for pudding I had chores with ice cream and chocolate.The next morning we had to pack up and head home this felt like a really long trip because we did not stop much we only stopped for lunch, to buy socks and for snacks.
