What do parents need to know

I think that parents need to know that kids will want to play and just make a mess sometimes and that is something is very important to me because even at 12 I like to make a mess at times. Also another thing is when they start smiling because they have lied about something sometimes there just smiling because  your serious witch is not to good but sometimes you just got to believe them.
